Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network with all insurance providers. However, if you'd like, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance if they cover out-of-network claims. Please contact your insurance company for more details. You will receive a good faith estimate prior to your appointment. We also accept HSA/FSA payments.

For cost estimates, we recommend using FAIRHealth Consumer, a website that may be helpful.

Do you provide annual exams and visits for gynecological care?

At this time, we primarily focus on the needs of peri-menopausal and menopausal women. We offer specialized consultative services, follow-ups, medication adjustments and lifestyle modification recommendations. For urgent medical concerns and routine gynecological care, we recommend having a primary care physician and gynecologist.

Do you offer telemedicine appointments?

Yes! We currently offer telemedicine appointments for both initial menopause consultations and follow-up visits. However, you must be in WA state at the time of your appointment.

Do you have regular office hours?

Our appointment times are available online. If none of these work for you, please feel free to email us at drkovacs@unpaused.com. We offer flexibility and will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
