This appointment is for women experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause who want to explore treatment options as well as investigate preventative measures to optimize health & longevity. We’ll review your full health history, current symptoms, past treatments, family history, as well as lifestyle & wellness goals.

Established Patient Follow-Up Appt
Our chance to assess your treatment response and refine the plan as needed. What’s working for you? What needs further assessment and adjustment? Are you experiencing any side effects?
